Table of the House the following information:

of using Medevac, Medical Travel Assistance Program (MTAP) or medical
travel associated with patients who are unable to access echocardiogram
services at Curtis Memorial Hospital, St. Anthony for years 2010, 2011 and
2012.

To ask the Honourable the Minister of Advanced
Education and Skills to lay on the Table of the House the following
information:
(a)
the number of people with disabilities
who have received funding through Labour
Market Agreement for Persons with Disabilities (LMAPD) in the Province since
October 11, 2011;
(b) the number of people with disabilities who
applied for funding through Labour
Market Agreement for Persons with Disabilities (LMAPD) between January 1, 2011
and December 31, 2011 and were approved for funding;
(c) the number of people with disabilities who
applied for funding through Labour
Market Agreement for Persons with Disabilities (LMAPD) between January 1, 2012
and December 31, 2012 and were approved for funding; and
(d)
the number of people with disabilities who received
funding through Labour
Market Agreement for Persons with
Disabilities (LMAPD) since January 1, 2013.
