32. − MR. CHRISTOPHER MITCHELMORE (The Straits – White Bay North) – To ask the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

 

(a)     all correspondence sent to the Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the Provincial Government's support for the Canadian Seal Hunt since October 6, 2003.

 

(b)     a list of all meetings, reports, presentations, research material forwarded to the Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the Canadian Seal Hunt to oppose the European Union ban since October 6,  2011.

 

33. − MR. CHRISTOPHER MITCHELMORE (The Straits – White Bay North) – To ask the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

 

(a)     all correspondence sent to the Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the Province's position opposing  COSEWIC's request of having Atlantic Cod added to the list of wildlife species at risk.

 

(b)     a list of all meetings, reports, presentations, research material forwarded to the Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans opposing COSEWIC's request of having Atlantic Cod added to the list of wildlife species at risk.

 

34. − MR. DALE KIRBY (St. John's North) – To ask the Minister of Education to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

 

(a)     an update on the status of the construction of the new school in the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip's; and

 

(b)     an assessment of the current projected overall cost of the construction of the new school in the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip's.
