WHEREAS Government has recently indicated that energy conservation was necessary to prevent rolling blackouts;

 

         AND WHEREAS Nalcor has issued two energy conservation requests to the general public in 2014

 

         THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this House urge Government to consider developing and introducing energy conservation programs for all ratepayers in our Province.”
