HOUSE LEADER – To Move:
“WHEREAS subsection 6(3) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act
provides that the Independent Appointments Commission shall consist of a
minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 members appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council on a resolution of the House of Assembly;
AND
WHEREAS
there are currently 5 members of the Independent Appointments Commission;
NOW
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that
the following persons be appointed members of the Independent Appointments
Commission:
