1.− THE HONOURABLE THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE LEADER – To Move:

“THAT Standing Order 73 be amended as follows:

(1) Standing Order 73 is amended by adding immediately after the word “Minister” wherever it appears the words “or his or her delegate”.

(2) Standing Order 73 is amended by adding immediately after Standing Order 76(6) the following:

(7) For the purpose of this Standing Order, “delegate” means a Minister of the Crown who may introduce estimates on behalf of another Minister”.
