introduce a Bill entitled, “An Act Respecting Disclosure Of
Information Under An Interpersonal Violence Disclosure Protocol”. (Bill

“BE IT RESOLVED that this House of Assembly
concur in the Final Report of the Standing Committee on Privileges and
Elections on the Development of a Legislature-Specific Harassment-Free
Workplace Policy”.

– MR. CHES CROSBIE (Windsor Lake) – To Move:
“WHEREAS the intent of the Atlantic Accord
is that offshore development approvals should be completed within 270 days, and
such approvals are currently taking in excess of 30 months;

IT RESOLVED
that the House of Assembly urge the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to
press the Government of Canada to affirm that the Canada-Newfoundland and
Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, established under the Atlantic Accord,
should be the Responsible Authority for conducting environmental assessments of
offshore projects under the Canadian
Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA), and that exploration wells
should be removed from the CEAA project list”.
