Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
of Portland Creek 
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Portland Creek Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Portland Creek as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 455,000 metres east 5,554,000 metres north 236° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 359° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 50° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 110° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 208° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 265° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
