, I designate the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area

Tom Osborne NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 514,430 metres and northing 5,671,567 metres; Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 451 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 514,853 metres and northing 5,671,722 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 455 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 515,250 metres and northing 5,671,945 metres; Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 266 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 515,462 metres and northing 5,671,785 metres; Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,032 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 515,110 metres and northing 5,670,815 metres; Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 750 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 514,588 metres and northing 5,671,353 metres; Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 113 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 514,497 metres and northing 5,671,287 metres; Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 288 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
