direction a distance of 850 metres, more or less, to a point where an unnamed stream, emptying into Admiral's Cove, crosses an old road leading to Admiral's Cove; Then in a southwesterly

Head on the northern shoreline of Cape Broyle Harbour; Then in a westerly and easterly direction, following the sinuosities
of the shoreline of Cape Broyle Harbour via Shores Cove, Brians
Cove, Fairy Pond, Southern Pond, Costellos
Rock, Beachy
Cove Head, to Point of the Narrows, that point being the point of beginning. All bearings refer to grid north, central meridian 53°
