Town of George's Brook-Milton Election Order
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of sections 13 and 16 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 , I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of George's Brook-Milton Election Order .

First election

2. The first election of a council for the Town of George's Brook-Milton shall take place on May 8, 2018.

Town council

3. The council which is to have control and management of the Town of George's Brook-Milton shall consist of 7 persons.

Commencement

4. This Order comes into force on May 8, 2018.
