Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Butler's Brook Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0421, for the Local Service District of Little St. Lawrence, as a protected water supply area .

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Burin - Grand Bank abutted and bounded as follows:
