Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Musgrave Harbour Order

The boundaries of the Town of Musgrave Harbour are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal
3.
Newfoundland
Regulation 734/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point on the eastern bank of the Ragged Harbour River at the mouth of an unnamed brook located east 1,000 metres, more or less, of the centre of the concrete bridge spanning the Ragged Harbour River;
Then running south 88° 30' east a distance of 14,325 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of the Straight Shore Brook;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the eastern bank to a point where the brook intersects

Then running in a generally northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point at the western entrance to Muddy Hole;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of
Ragged
Harbour
to a point on the eastern bank at the mouth of the
Ragged
Harbour
River
;
Then running in a generally southerly and southwesterly direction along the eastern bank of
Ragged
Harbour
River
to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
