Schedule
Beginning at a point, that point being the centre of the southern abutment of the
Conception Bay North Highway
bridge spanning
North River
;
Then in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of the highway a distance of 500 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being 50 metres southeastward of the centre line of an unnamed road leading to Black Duck Pond;
Then in an easterly direction along a line parallel to and 50 metres from the centre line of the road to a point, that point being 100 metres east of the centre line of the Conception Bay North Highway;
Then in a northwesterly direction along a line parallel to and 100 metres from the centre line of the highway a distance of 470 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the southern boundary of the North River Roman Catholic cemetery;
Then due east 200 metres, more or less, to a point;
Then due north 265 metres, more or less, to a point having co-ordinates north 5 268 783 metres and east 283 193 metres;
Then due west a distance of 330 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the western right-of-way of the Conception Bay North Highway and 50 metres north of the centre line of an unnamed road;
Then in a westerly direction along a line parallel to and 50 metres from the centre line of the road to a point, that point being 450 metres, more or less, west of the centre line of the Conception Bay North Highway;
Then due south a distance of 638 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the centre line of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way;
Then in a westerly direction along the centre line of the right-of-way to a point, that point being where the centre line of that right-of-way intersects with the southern shoreline of Mussel Bed Pond;
Then in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of Mussel Bed Pond to the western extremity of that pond;
Then south 48° 00' west a distance of 1,780 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the eastern extremity of a pond locally known as Sunday's Hill Pond;
Then in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of Sunday's Hill Pond to the western extremity of that pond;
Then south 3° 30' west a distance of 330 metres, more or less, to a high point having a spot elevation of 105.0 metres and on a ridge overlooking Halls Town;
Then in a southerly direction along the crest of the ridge via high points having spot elevations of 102.1 metres and 106.0 metres respectively to a high point having spot elevation of 87.1 metres, that point being south 11° 30' west and 673 metres, more or less, from the given high point of spot elevation 105.0 metres;
Then due south a distance of 350 metres, more or less, crossing North River Road to a point, that point being on the northern bank of a small brook flowing into North River;
Then in an easterly direction along the northern bank of the brook to
North River

Then due east to the southern shoreline of
North River
;
Then in an easterly direction along the southern shoreline of
North River
to the point of beginning.
