Brook Order
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of South Brook Order

The boundaries of the Town of South Brook are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

Newfoundland
Regulation 815/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point in the western bank of South Brook at the outlet of South Pond and then running along the western bank of South Pond in a generally southwesterly direction to a point in the western bank of South Brook at the inlet of South Pond;
Then crossing the mouth of the inlet to a point in the eastern bank of South Brook;
Then running along the eastern bank of South Pond in a generally northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of Pelley's Brook;
Then running north 18° east 6,550 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Wigwam Cove;
Then running along the sinuosities of the south shoreline of
Halls
Bay
via White Point, Spring Cove, South Brook, Green Point and Wolf Cove to a point at the eastern extremity of Wolf Head;
Then running along the south shoreline of
Halls
Bay
to a point in the shoreline located 750 metres, more or less, southwest of Wolf Head;
Then running south 25° east 3,200 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
