Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Stephenville Crossing Order

are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

Newfoundland
Regulations 821/78 and 137/87 are repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at Indian Head and running north 45° east 3,800 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill south of Gull Pond;
Then north 21° 2,380 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill northeast of Gull Pond;
Then north 43° east 1,700 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill;
Then south 89° east 4,550 metres, more or less, to the intersection of Rushy Brook with a stream from Long Gull Pond;
Then following that stream to Harry's River and following Harry's River and the
St. George's
River
shoreline of Stephenville Crossing to Main Gut;
Then following the coastline of
St. George's
Bay
by way of
Rothesay
Bay
to Indian Head, the place of beginning;
All bearings being referred to UTM grid and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 mapping.
