Schedule
Beginning at a concrete monument "V" on the northeast shore of the west arm of
Wahnahnish
Lake
;
Then running in a northeasterly direction a distance of 221 metres, more or less, to a concrete monument "U";
Then running due east a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to Point 3, that point being near the intersection of parallel 52° 52' 49" north latitude with meridian 66° 50' 49" west longitude;
Then running in a northwesterly direction a distance of 3,618 metres, more or less, to Point 2, that point being near the intersection of parallel 52° 54' 40" north latitude with meridian 66° 51' 49" west longitude;
Then due east a distance of 877 metres, more or less, to Point VIII, then running in a northwesterly direction to an Iron Pin P (Point P being a point described in E. C. Granter Survey on Mining Lease Lot 4, co-ordinates NIII, 730.57, E78, 197.16) for a distance of 2,487 metres, more or less;
Then due north for a distance of 909 metres, more or less, to Point O (Point O being a concrete monument on the east shore of Wabush Lake);
Then running westerly and southerly following the sinuosities of the south shorelines of Wabush Lake, the narrows between Wabush Lake and Little Wabush Lake to an Iron Pin G12 (Point G12 described in E. C. Granter Boundary Survey - Long Lake to Shabogamo Lake, co-ordinates N108, 820.8, E71, 711.8);
Then southerly along the east shoreline of
Jean
River
to Point IX (Point IX is the intersection of the north right-of-way for road to Pilot Plant and east shoreline of
Jean
River
);
Then in an easterly and northerly direction (and through the end of Wabush Lake Railway Sta 79+18.6) for a distance of 192 metres, more or less, to Point X (Point X is the intersection of the north right-of-way for the plant road and the west right-of-way for the tailings line road);
Then in a southerly and westerly direction for a distance of 335 metres, more or less, to Point XI (Point XI is on the east shoreline of Jean River);
Then in a southerly direction along the east shoreline of Jean River to Point I (Point I is the existing northwest corner near the intersection of parallel 52° 54' 40" north latitude with meridian 66° 53' 26" west longitude);
Then running in a southerly direction along the east bank of

River
to
Jean
Lake

Then running in a southeasterly direction along the east
shore
of
Jean

to the narrows between
Wahnahnish
Lake

Jean

Then running along the east bank of the narrows to
Wahnahnish

Then crossing the narrows and running in a southerly direction along the west shore of the west arm of Wahnahnish Lake to Point 4, that point being 457 metres, more or less, due west of the point of beginning at concrete monument "V";
Then running due west a distance of 6,248 metres, more or less, to Point 5 on the east shore of Long Lake;
Then running in a generally southerly direction along the east shoreline of
Long

a distance of 4,572 metres, more or less, to Point 6 at the mouth of an unnamed brook;
Then running due east a distance of 8,686 metres, more or less, to Point 7 on the west shore of Wahnahnish Lake;
Then running north 20° west a distance of 4,572 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning at concrete monument "V".
Excepting
and excluding therefrom all that land lying on each side of the tailings disposal pipe line and measuring 38 metres, more or less, on each side of the centre line of that pipe line. The pipe line herein referred to being the centre pipe line of those 3 pipe lines installed by Wabush Mines for the pumping of tailings from its iron ore concentrating plant to
