Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of Section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Anchor Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Port Anson as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 585000 metres east, 5490000 metres north, 157° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 174° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 173° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 215° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 65° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
