Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Charlies Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Grey River as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 491000 5270000 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 344° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the point of commencement.
