Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the George's Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of George's Brook as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 280000 5347000 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 221° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 283° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 276° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;
