Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Goose Neck Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 295000 5392000 152° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 267° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 54° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 65° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.
