Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Granfer's Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Hermitage - Sandyville as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 582000 metres east, 5269000 metres north, 144° 14' for a distance of 1,375 metres to the point of commencement;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 137° 14' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 342° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 44° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 73° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
