Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Hare Bay Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Hare Bay as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 714000 east 5420000 north 170° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 78° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 164° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 106° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 66° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 169° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 236° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 261° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 203° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 4° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,925 metres to the point of commencement.
