Then in a generally southerly direction parallel to and 1,000 metres from the western shoreline of Gander Bay and then the western shoreline of Gander River to a point on the northern limit of the Town of Glenwood's Municipal Planning Area; Then in a generally easterly direction following the northern limit of that boundary to a point on the western shoreline of
Then crossing
Then in a generally easterly direction along the northern limit of that boundary to a point, that point being 1,000 metres east of
Then in a generally northerly direction parallel to and 1,000 metres from the eastern shoreline of Gander River, and nevertheless, not encroaching within the 400 metres of the western side of Gander Bay Road, to a point on the highwater mark on the eastern shoreline of Gander Bay; Then in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of
