Reciprocity with Ontario - Applying the Provisions
of Subsection 77(1) Order
under the
Highway Traffic Act
(O.C. 96-127)

Under the authority of subsection 81(3) of the Highway Traffic Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Subsection 81(3) of the Highway Traffic Act applies to judgments rendered against residents of the province by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.

The Order re: Reciprocity with Ontario - Applying the Provisions of Section 77(1), Newfoundland Regulation 36/87, is repealed.
