CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 902/96

Pilley's Island Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-202)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Pilley's Island Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point being the intersection of the southern shoreline of Pilley's Island with the eastern face of Flat Rock Tickle Causeway and then running in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Pilley's Island to Randall Point ;

Then running in a westerly direction along the sinuosities of the northern shoreline of Pilley's Island to Long Tickle Point;

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Pilley's Island to Kelly Head;

Then running in an easterly direction along the southern shoreline of Pilley's Island to the point of beginning.
