Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. Pauls Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING
Beginning at St. Pauls Point and then along a line of demarcation with the Cow Head Municipal Planning Area running due east 3,975 metres, more or less, and south 73° 30' east 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point bearing north 50° 53' 41" east 1,000 metres from Iron Post No. 1022, Gros Morne National Park, Regional Surveyor Plan No. 82-14, that post having co-ordinates 5 525 943.436 metres north and 358 011.496 metres east; Then along a line of demarcation with the national park running south 50° 53' 41" west 1,000 metres to that Post No. 1022, and proceeding south 50° 53' 41" west to and then generally southward and eastward along the low water shoreline of St. Pauls Inlet to a point and from that point crossing St. Pauls Inlet south 11° 00' west 3,600 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern shoreline, that point having approximate co-ordinates of 5 519 870 metres north and 357 900 metres east, and running generally westward along the low water shoreline of St. Pauls Inlet to a point and from that point north 86° 30' west 2,550 metres, more or less, to a point at co-ordinates 5 519 950 metres north and 353 250 metres east, and north 46° 00' west 3,720 metres, more or less, to a coastal point directly distant approximately 0.75 kilometres northeastward from Broom Point; Then following the coastline generally northeastward along the
