Provincial Parks Act

Under the authority of section 4 of the Provincial Parks Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council proclaims the area described in the Schedule to be a provincial park.

in the province, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say:
Starting at a point inscribed PT No. 1, that point having reference from the southeast corner of the
CNT
building as follows: north 79° 59' east 40 metres;
Then south 8° 07' east 96.9 metres to the above described starting point;
Then south 8° 07' east 93.5 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 2;
Then south 11° 12' east 262.3 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 3;
Then south 3° 42' east 311.6 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 4;
Then south 30° 59' west 232.7 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 5;
Then south 25° west 193.7 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 6;
Then south 17° 54' west 127.9 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 7;
Then south 19° 49' west 71 metres to a point inscribed PT No. 8;

Then following along the shoreline of Lark Harbour 10 metres from high water mark in a general westerly direction to a point inscribed PT No. 16;
Then south 80° 52' west 39.6 metres, more or less, to the starting point, containing in area 226.3 hectares, more or less.
All bearings being from the magnetic meridian.
