Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Sango Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Natuashsish as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Torngat Mountains abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 20, 600,000 metres east 6,190,000 metres north 330° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point.
