Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Maloneys River Water Supply Area for the Town of Harbour Main - Chapels Cove - Lakeview as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 22, 335,000 metres east 5,252,000 metres north 18° grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres from the commencement point.
