Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
of
Bannerman Lake
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Bannerman Lake Water Supply Area for the Town of Harbour Grace as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Carbonear - Harbour Grace abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 22, 332,000 metres east 5,286,000 metres north 166° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 206° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 244° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 233° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800metres;
