Short title
1.
These regulations may be cited as the School Boards' Offices
Regulations, 2013
.

Location of offices
2.
The offices of the school board for the school district referred to as the Newfoundland
and Labrador
English
School District
in the Boundaries of School Districts
Order, 2013
shall be established in the following locations:
(a)
headquarters – St. John's
; and
(b)
regional offices – Gander
, Corner Brook
and Happy
Valley-Goose
Bay
.

3.
The School Boards' Offices Regulations
, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 92/04, are repealed.

Commencement
4.
These regulations come into force on September 1, 2013.
