Lawn Municipal Planning Area (Filed September 9, 2014) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Lawn Municipal Planning Area. Dated at Dan Crummell PLANNING AREA Beginning at a point on the Town of Lawn municipal boundary, that point being the junction point of 2 old highroads leading to the Town of Lawn, having coordinates north 5,199,417 metres and east 612,041 metres, more or less; Then south 19° 16" west a distance of 2,646 metres, more or less, along the Town of Lawn municipal boundary to a point on the high water mark of the coastline called East Head, located at the eastern entrance to Great Lawn Harbour; Then in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of Great Lawn Harbour to the south side of the bridge spanning Northeast Arm to a point having coordinates north 5,200,114 metres and east 611,226 metres, more or less

Then along the north shoreline of the harbour to the south side of the bridge spanning Northwest Arm; Then along the western shoreline of Then north 66° 0' west a distance of 1,518 metres, more or less, to a point on the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then north 51° 03' west a distance of 1,470 metres, more or less, along the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then north 42° 20' west a distance of 1,710 metres, more or less, to a point on the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then north 38° 41' west a distance of 5,123 metres, more or less, to a point on the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 53° 10' west a distance of 1,515 metres, more or less, along the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then north 22° 39' west a distance of 1,937 metres, more or less, to a point on the Grand Bank Municipal Planning Area boundary; Then north 42° 54' west a distance of 6,541 metres, more or less, along the Grand Bank Municipal Planning Area boundary; Then south 38° 45' east a distance of 116 metres, more or less, to a point on the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 33° 28' east a distance of 659 metres, more or less, along the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 15° 51' west a distance of 805 metres, more or less, along the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 37° 57' east a distance of 1,784 metres, more or less, along the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 33° 53' east a distance of 1,981 metres, more or less, to a point on the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary; Then south 12° 09' east a distance of 91 metres, more or less, to where the Brazil Pond Protected Water Supply Area boundary meets the centre of Newfoundland Power transmission line 305L, Crown Lease number 66474; Then in a generally southeast direction, a distance of 4,520 metres, more or less, along the centre of Newfoundland Power transmission line 305L, Crown Lease number 66474; Then south 0° 23' east a distance of 1,153 metres, more or less, to the most northeasterly point on the Town of Lawn municipal boundary; Then following the Town of All bearings refer to Grid North and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographical Series (NTS) digital mapping; UTM, NAD 83. ©Queen's Printer |
