Under the authority of section 387 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 , I make the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Local Service District of George's Brook-Milton Disestablishment Order .

        2. The Local Service District of George's Brook-Milton in the Provincial Electoral District of Bonavista is disestablished.

        3. The Local Service District of George's Brook-Milton , Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 24/05, is repealed.
