Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Eastern Island Pond, WS-S-0100, Town of Burlington
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Eastern Island Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0100, for the Town of Burlington as a protected water supply area .

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Baie Verte – Green Bay abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 571,931 metres and northing 5,512,197 metres;
