Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Bound Brook Tributary, WS-S-0043, Town of Bellburns
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as Bound Brook Tributary Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0043, for the Town of Bellburns, as a protected public water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber - Gros Morne abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 462,594 metres and northing 5,575,896 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 274 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 462,868 metres and northing 5,575,899 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 132 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 462,964 metres and northing 5,575,809 metres;
