Under the authority of section 97 of the Forestry Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Forest Fire Season Order, 2025.

Forest fire season

2. The forest fire season for 2025 shall be

(a) between the hours of 12:01 a.m. on April 24, 2025 and midnight on September 30, 2025 on the island portion of the province; and

(b) between the hours of 12:01 a.m. on May 15, 2025 and midnight on September 30, 2025 on the Labrador portion of the province.
