I make the following Order.

Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Special Election for the Town of New-Wes-Valley
Order.

Special election
2.
A special election shall be held in the Town of New-Wes-Valley on October 28, 2025
to elect
(a)
one councillor for Ward 1;
(b)
one councillor for Ward 2; and
(c)
5 councillors at large.

Returning officer
3.
Angela Pomeroy is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the election referred to in section 2.
