Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Great Pond, WS-S-0909, Town of Torbay
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Great Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0909, for the Town of Torbay, as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Cape St. Francis abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 367,441 metres and northing 5,280,989 metres;
