Sandringham Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, I define the following area as the Sandringham Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at the northeast corner of the Sandringham Municipal Boundary on the shoreline at a point having coordinates east 245,751.225 metres and north 5,394,131.552 metres more or less;

Then running in southwesterly direction along the Sandringham Municipal Boundary to a point on Goose Neck Pond Protected Water Supply Boundary having coordinates east 245,098.263 metres and north 5,389,597.779 metres more or less:

Then running in southwesterly direction along the Goose Neck Pond Protected Water Supply Boundary to a point having coordinates east 244,465.527 metres and north 5,389,279.506 metres more or less;

Then running along the Goose Neck Pond Protected Water Supply Boundary to a point having coordinates east 243,692.635 metres and north 5,388,723.243 metres more or less:

Then running southwesterly direction to a point having coordinates east 242,932.005 metres and north 5,388,661.128 metres more or less;

Then running in a southwesterly direction to a point on Terra Nova National Park boundary having coordinates east 242,833.283 metres and north 5,388,665.597 metres more or less;

Then running in a northwesterly direction along the border of Terra Nova National Park to a point having coordinates east 240,663.555 metres and north 5,390,377.864 metres more or less;

Then running northwesterly direction to a point on the shoreline having coordinates east 240,654.441 and north 5,390,383.411 metres more or less;

Then running generally in a northeast direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to the point of beginning.

All coordinates being scaled from 30cm Orthorectified Imagery and being referenced to North America Datum 1983 (NAD1983) using the Modified Transverse Mercator (MTM) Zone 1 Projection.
