Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Birdets Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 498000 5946000 73° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 05° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 103° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 162° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 12° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 106° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 08° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 102° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 188° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 305° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 288° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 305° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 268° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres to the point of commencement.
