Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Blast Hole Ponds Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 361000 5280000 135° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 340 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 81° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 580 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 121° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 570 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 660 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 242° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 490 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 305° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 440 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 58° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 290 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 356° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 370 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 25° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the point of commencement.
