Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Conne River Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 594000 metres east, 5297000 metres north, 307° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,609 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 257° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,416 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 217° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,963 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 286° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 701 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 627 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 54° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,416 metres to the point of commencement; Then from the above point by a line drawn 04° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 499 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 772 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 340° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 290 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 01° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 933 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 50° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,301 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 97° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 499 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 43° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 724 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 60° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 628 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 122° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 853 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,126 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 144° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 724 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,867 metres to the point of commencement.
