Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the French Island Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 210830 172° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 99° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 289° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres to the point of commencement.
