Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Gallants Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Gallants as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 306000 5496000 42° 00' for a distance of 1,400 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 40° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 131° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 109° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 243° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 300° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
