Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Horsebrook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 588000 5211000 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 359° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 110° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 223° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
