Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Larkin's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 274000 5238000 39° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 25° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 89° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 186° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 225° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 242° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 328° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 294° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the point of commencement.
