Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Neddy Harbour Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 438000 5490000 249° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 159° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 151° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 181° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 315° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 34° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 43° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the point of commencement.
