Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the North Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 5278000 324300 309° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 340 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 160 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 430 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 140 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 248° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 415 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 309° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 260 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 380 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 320 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;
