Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the North West Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from the centre of the lighthouse at Northwest Head 46° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 293° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 195° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 125 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings are referred to Grid North.
