Blueberry Management Units Designation Order
under the
Lands Act
(O.C. 96-613)

Under the authority of subsection 57(1) of theLands Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Analysis



Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Blueberry Management Units Designation Order .

Units designated

        2. The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates those areas on file with the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods as Blueberry Management Units.

Use of designated units

        3. The lands designated under section 2 shall be set apart for the cultivation or harvesting of blueberries subject to the terms and conditions that the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods may prescribe.
